Day 2: Chimpanzee trekking with an Evening Guided Nature Walk

Start your day off right with an early breakfast, then drive to the park headquarters for a briefing on proper chimpanzee interaction. The trek will begin at 6am and you'll enter the forest to search for primates. You'll see plenty of animals from chimpanzees to different kinds of monkeys like silver, red tailed, vervet, olive, and gray cheeked mangabey. You can spend some quality time with the chimps, watching them play, feed their young - just like us humans do! After that, you'll then drive back to your accommodation and enjoy a guided walk through the park to view additional wildlife species.

Day 3: Early Drop Off to the Airport

Once you finish your breakfast, you can make your way directly to Kigali, the capital city, for your airport drop off. If you have some extra time before your scheduled flight, consider taking a quick tour of the city to learn a bit more about Rwanda's history. That would be the perfect end to your 3-day chimpanzee tracking trip!
